This is a single origin blend coming from multiple small farmers in the Nariño region in Colombia. This bean is named in honor of Don Enrique Vasquez, a patriarch of La Minita’s coffee partners in Nariño. We roast this bean to a full medium roast, with the medium roast we retain the delicate fruity notes while highlighting some of the darker chocolate attributes. This versitile coffee brews fantastic through a pour over or drip machine and is highly mixable with milks and creamers. We cannot wait to share this lovely Colombian roast with you!
